We rush at a FAST pace through our tasks and our days sometimes. We open a message or an email, take a quick look, fire off a reply, and move on.
But then there are misunderstandings, or no one has answered the full set of questions, or you provide the wrong thing... the list goes on.
What if we take a breath, calm ourselves a tiny bit, then open and read the next message with a little more focus? It saves a lot of time in the long run.
