Cherry Poon-Crowie joins me today to share with us what the seven types of rest are and why they make a powerful difference in our bodies, our emotions, and our mental state.

We know we need to rest, but what if laying on the couch watching Netflix is not actually the rest our bodies need?

We may need sensory rest, physical rest, emotional rest, social rest, mental rest, creative rest or spiritual rest. Walk through these types of rest with us and choose your top 3 that will be powerful in your life.

And Cherry gives some great advice for helping people who are going through grief or trauma or major life events like a new baby.
