Today’s guest is one of my favorite humans on the planet, and someone with whom I feel deeply aligned and connected.
Her name is Colleen Patrick-Goudreau, and I interviewed her about 2 years ago on The Vegan Life Coach Podcast. Colleen is an acclaimed speaker and host of the inspiring podcast, “Food for Thought” and a spin-off podcast, “Animalogy,” which is also the title of her TEDx talk. She co-founded the political action committee East Bay Animal PAC to work with government officials on animal issues in the San Francisco Bay Area, and she also hosts sustainable vegan trips around the world.
