Oh Gosh is DAIRY really that big of a problem, I mean seriously, who doesn't love Cheese, ice cream, yogurt, etc.
Most likely it IS NOT about the dairy products that have been made for 100s of years, but about the 'modern' required processing of that has corrupted what was once a possibly healthy whole food source in a very problematic altered substance.
