Do you often find yourself feeling stressed out and overwhelmed and when you come to the end of your rope, you want to throw your hands up and say “Screw it! Something needs to change!” So you get super excited about making changes to finally get organized. You sit down and spend some time laying out this whole big plan on how your life is going to look. You decide you’re going to start getting up early, you’ll go to the gym five days a week, you are going to have home cooked meals every night. This time…THIS time…it IS going to work.
Until it doesn’t.
The first few days are amazing. You feel like you have your life figured out. You are getting enough sleep, your house is staying clean, you’re even enjoying cooking dinner each night. Then something happens. The dog gets sick. Someone backs into your car. Your dentist appointment takes longer than you planned. And once something throws a wrench into your perfectly laid out plans, everything crumbles.
This story might be an exaggeration (or 100% spot on and may have actually happened to me in the past). If you find yourself in a situation like this, I want you to know there is still hope! You CAN get your life in order and it’s not as exhausting as you think. But it’s important to know how to start so that you can be consistent and the changes you make actually stick.
So let's get to it!
