Animism is the attributing of a soul to inanimate objects, plants, and other things in nature. Shaman's are believed to have healing powers through the summoning of spirits of ancestors. Kundalini Yoga is believed to have powers to heal oneself through releasing power from the spine. But is there truth in all these beliefs?
