We discuss issues that Latinos face every day that can prevent them from seeking and obtaining mental health support such as cultural stigmas, the political environment, resource limitations, language barriers and more.
We also discuss sources of stress that can cause mental health issues such as social media and social political stress – which many people are dealing with on the back of the U.S. Presidential election.
