Welcome to this very special series here on The Habit Hub for Autoimmune Health. I'm calling it the Belief Seed Series 🌱 and it truly has the power to change your health forever. We are going to the root - pun intended - to learn how to take back some control of your health. I'll be diving into the power of your beliefs to create a life you crave, autoimmune disease and all.
In case you haven't guessed it by now, we'll be using the metaphor of a garden to see how planting, nurturing, and sometimes weeding out specific seeds (aka thoughts and beliefs) can transform not only how you feel but how you function, too.

By the end of this introduction, you'll (hopefully) be filled with curiosity and hope to listen to belief seeds 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 (plus a bonus), and of course we'll wrap up by answering "What's Next?"
You'll also leave with...

  • an understanding of motivation as something we can create intentionally rather than wait for
  • the 3 simple steps to cultivate motivation on demand using your head, heart, and hands
  • ways to spot your limiting beliefs keeping you stuck
  • the importance of both inner habits (thoughts and feelings) and outer habits (actions) for change to feel good so it's for good
  • why this series is both urgent and important
  • an invite to belief seed 1, up next!
