Don Manning is, first and foremost, a husband and dad who follows Christ. He and his wife Suzanne founded Crazy Cool Family several years ago after raising seven children of their own – four girls and then three boys ages 34 to 18 – and seeing the need for parents to be inspired and equipped to build their best family.

Don has a business and real estate background, owning different companies and putting together real estate deals. He and Suzanne are now blessed with eight grandchildren and more to come!
In this episode on the Strong by Design Podcast, Jared and Don discuss the importance of building healthy relationships and culture within the home. Parenting is not about controlling your kids, but loving them and teaching them what is means to grow into a healthy adult.
