Consciousness misidentifies itself as the body. Meditation shifts the attention from imaginations to the True Self. 6:07 How have we misidentified ourself from birth? 8:11 Until you regain consciousness of your real Self ignorance will be there. 8:59 By watching, the mind eventually becomes quiet and goes back to the Self, rather than imagining.
