Today we're answering the question of "what if my deficit calculates way higher than I think it should be?!"... This question can commonly come up if someone has previously been aiming for really low calories, and then calculates a deficit that seems a lot higher than that previous intake. There are a few things we want to consider here, before writing off that new intake and aiming for unnecessarily low calories 😉
