It's very rare that I find myself at a loss for words - but this past week has been extremely challenging for me. As a coach, as an athlete, as a gymnast, and as a survivor, just to name a few. I had thoughts, opinions, feelings, gut reactions, and just a whole host of other THINGS going on in my head and my heart that I needed to ground, reflect, and make moves on.
