Today’s conversation is with Lauree Arnold, alumni of my Advanced Relationship Trauma Certification for Coaches. Lauree is a self-mastery & relationship coach that’s done a lot of inner child healing through varying modalities (a few of which are taught in our Adv. Relationship Trauma Certification for Coaches and my new Trauma Informed Coach Certification). During our conversation, we discuss her past and present relationship with drinking and how it related to relationship with her mom and Self. This queen is 9 months sober! We then talk about healing and developing relationships with your inner child, while holding space/compassion for your parents in the process. Lauree also shares about how she reframed and developed a new understanding of “being bored,” and how trauma-informed work has impacted her style of coaching.
