Daily Leadership Tips and Discussions

Today’s episode kicks off a new mini-series “Your Team is Predictable IF You Know This.” I will the healthy and unhealthy behavioral styles of the DISC Assessment and the four Behavioral styles, and what you should look for as possible blind spots. If you are unfamiliar with the DISC assessment and the four behavioral styles, I want to invite you to go back and listen to last weeks episodes to learn more about each of the four behavioral styles; the D, I, S, and C. I use the DISC assessment with every client and team I work with and have found it to be a real game-changer for the entire team. Today, I am covering the I behavioral style and what to look for when you have team members who display these characteristics.

Thank you for listening. I’m Paul Grau Jr., the host of this show, and I’m excited about Season 10. This season will focus on “The Learning Leader” and/or as we refer to it here at The CLC Team, “The Expanding Leader. Every episode will primarily focus on the lifelong journey of expanding your knowledge of leadership, and I will try to give you a daily takeaway to put what you learn into action. My goal is that you learn something that you can take immediate action on, and see how powerful expanding your leadership can be.

Please listen daily (Mon – Friday) as Paul focuses on not only giving tips about how to be a great leader, but also a leader who is respected, a leader who people want to follow, a leader who can confidently navigate their way through both personal and professional challenges, a leader who is not afraid to share their faith while living it out, a leader who knows his/her purpose and lives to fulfill that purpose every day, and a leader who has no regrets!
