This week marks the final episode of Season 1! Amanda Johns, LCSW and Ryan Lynch, LCSW, M.Ed, CST, talk about what college during COVID- 19 has been like for students who entered their first year during the pandemic. Amanda's adult daughter, Amber Johns, joins as a special guest. Amber shares her personal experinces as a Senior in High School who graduated at the start of the pandemic, and as a current Freshman, living away from home, at college.
Each week Ryan and Amanda discuss topics related to therapy and mental health. Their goal is to educate, often with humor, while working to reduce the stigma around going to therapy and issues of mental health.
