This week Amanda Johns, LCSW and Ryan Lynch, LCSW, M.Ed, CST, talk about Autism. Amanda's adult son, Alex Johns, joins as a special guest and someone who has a diagnosis of Autism. Alex answers questions about what it means to have the diagnosis, what school was like and who and what helped him to be successful.
Each week Ryan and Amanda discuss topics related to therapy and mental health. Their goal is to educate, often with humor, while working to reduce the stigma around going to therapy and issues of mental health.
