In this weeks episode we explore the NLP presuppositions as a way of thinking and communicating with yourself and others for personal change and positive outcomes.

The NLP presuppositions are beliefs about people and change that guide you in the facilitation of peoples own resources. This empowers people rather than 'rescues' them, enabling a coaching and therapeutic relationship that is client lead.

The NLP presuppositions we discuss are

- People have all the resources they need

- There is no failure only feedback

- people are not broken

- All behaviour has a positive intention

- Energy flows where attention goes

- choice is better than no choice
