How do you create a wonderful life?
In this episode I talk about the first chapter from my book KISS Your life – The CALM guide to keeping your life successfully simple.
Getting intentional with your thoughts, feelings and behaviours to set the direction of your life is the first step. You can’t create a life that you want if you don’t know what you want.
In this episode I explore:
- Setting the direction of your thinking to the outcome frame rather than the problem frame
- Contrasting what you don’t want with what you do want so you can get clear on where you want to go
- The importance of presence and self-awareness so you can listen to what you truly desire and want. Your body will tell you when things are not right through physical and mental symptoms.
- Training your thinking and the importance of repetition
