The 3Hs kick us off strong with a close tie to the west coast life and how the physical hardships are some of the toughest to bounce back from.
Then we dive into Ranger school and how the Army uses this course (which is open to every branch) to its full advantage and provide young leaders with the confidence to make decisions in stressful situations.
Branching off into SAPPER school specifically for 12B and the extra life lessons from that.
Finally we dive into the leadership philosophy for everyone to see which of those four you can take and add to your leadership tool box.
