As another year comes to a close, I want you to practice one thing:
Gratitude.
Be grateful for your life simply because you get to live it.
Be grateful for your life simply because it’s yours.
Know that you didn’t have to achieve anything super spectacular this year to be grateful for it.
…and you don’t have to set crazy goals for next year if you don’t want to.
You are enough simply because you are.
