For 16 years, Kel Haney was a Theater Director in New York City. Working in a job she loved with big dreams until the pandemic changed it all.
Most often you cannot control what happens to you, but you can control your response to it and what you make of your circumstances. So instead of waiting for life to happen, Kel and her husband made the decision to create a life for themselves that was more in flow.
This included leaving New York City, changing careers, and making more space for the things that she loves.
In this episode of The Life Desing Podcast, Haney discusses what led to the decisions she made, how relationships should be a place of expansion, the value in finding calm within yourself, and why you should follow those things that fuel you.
