Hi friends, in the wake of our latest political news I thought it might be good to remember what we can and can't control.

And you can apply what I am teaching here to any unexpected event or un-desired outcome in your life.

Tune in and listen to me explain:

1) Whatever you are feeling is OK

2) Decide how you want to show up for yourself today, regardless of how you feel

3) Remember NO ONE can dictate what you think/feel

4) Focus on the obstacle that is real and in front of you today and we will take it one day at a time

5) Nature is a good role model, go outside and let it show you

Also, let other people have their feelings.. you and your feelings are ok and so are theirs!
