Hey, hey y'all! This episode dives deeper into my 90-day Total Transformation program and we talk about the ritual I have in starting each session with my clients with asking, What's going well?
Although it's a simple question, it can be difficult at first because our human nature has us go straight to what is NOT going well, or what didn't work for us. The way I start every session sets the tone for where we will explore and what we will discuss during our time together and with practice, celebrating you, acknowledging your accomplishments, talking about what IS going well in your life....becomes a HABIT.
Habit change is the center of my health coaching program and I believe that you can make change by ADDING things to your life, NOT taking things away.
