  • What “fully recovered” even means (and why that question can be tricky)
  • How to see results with incremental training: 3 key pieces of an effective plan
  • What shifted when I started getting real results (hint: coaching helped!)
  • How I now travel, eat/drink whatever I want, stay up ‘til 3AM, and enjoy family chaos without crashing
