Everyone has their own perception on a situation.

There’s always a different perspective to be had.

And when you’re equipped with the right tools, you can learn how to access that other view.

“You’re too close to it.”

How often have you been told that?

When you’re experiencing your own perception, it can be troubling and painful. And people sometimes can’t understand why it’s such a big deal.

Often it can be beneficial to talk to a therapist who can offer you this alternative perspective.

If you don’t yet have access to one though, this podcast is absolutely what the doctor (or therapist) ordered!
