We have all been on the edge, nearing burnout, not seeing a way out of the mess that we are currently in. If you're an event planner and are in a place like that, then it may be time that you embrace a burnout prevention strategy, so that you can put yourself in a position to thrive when planning events.
In this episode, you'll learn about four different burnout prevention strategies to help you. Especially, if you see that you are experiencing some of the risk factors that could lead you into burnout.
The risk factors that we discuss in this episode are our excessive workload, scarce resources, lack of recognition, excessive work engagement, and perfectionism to name a few. However, when implementing one of these four burnout prevention strategies, you will be able to minimize the impact that all of those things have on your planning.
The burnout prevention strategies that are discussed in this episode are prioritizing, implementing boundaries, paying attention to yourself, and creating space. just to learn about the strategies and how you can start to live life on purpose.
