We are shifting and changing, and we FEEL different – We are probably going through our biggest shift that we have for years. Many are having more difficulty in sleeping and when we do sleep it’s either restless or we go so deep into our dreams we wake groggy. We are going through waves when we feel nausea, lightheaded, or dizzy. We hear strange buzzing and high pitch tones. We experience a buzzing in our limbs that sometimes make our legs or feet jumpy. We get chilled to the point we feel we will never be warm again. We wonder what is going on. Is it food, something in the air, or aging? All these… are pushing us to ask why and seek out answers. There is no final answer, we are the way finders and there will always be more questions, with more answers to find.
Solar storms create an energetic portal that allows rapid travel of energy between dimensions of two distant locations in the universe, for example, from the sun to Earth. Portals can bring life-changing transformation that allows us the opportunity to experience a conscious awakening, limitless possibilities, higher wisdom, increased levels of love and wisdom and they are a tremendous opportunity to align with the universe’s energy and manifest abundance.
As our energy changes frequency, we may find we experience an increase in intuition, and moments of “knowing” where information comes to our mind without rational explanation. For example, we may suddenly discover the answer to a question that we have been pondering about a personal relationship or have an instant understanding about something we have previously failed to figure out.
During solar storms, masses of luminous energy infiltrate Earth’s atmosphere and is known to cause many of the symptoms we are experiencing. Laurie shares what those might be, and how to help process this time of evolution.

I came across a research article from Stress and Health in 2016. It was first published in 2014. It explored how positive emotions benefit resilience and mitigate stress. The article explains how positive emotions expand the range of potential coping strategies, helping individuals handle stress more effectively. This increased resilience, in turn, leads to lower levels of anxiety and depressive symptoms. The study also notes that while stress is inevitable, resilience moderates its impact on mental health. This is not a new concept; much has been studied and published before and after this study. Humans have studied eras and generations for our approach to survival and thriving. We are in another time of emotional maturity and developing practices to regulate our emotions to experience a more peaceful being. Journeys don't always start with a destination – But the universe is taking us on a crazy journey. It feels like this month has been a tornado of energy. The energy has been heavy and chaotic these past weeks. It is impossible to see and question what is happening in our world. The fiery energy will taper mid-April as we move from the eclipses, equinox, and Aries season into the earth energy of Taurus. April is the fourth month, and April of 2025's collective number is '4,' representing stability, completeness, and wholeness. This is NOT how we feel now, and the desire for truth, stability, and security will push us into action and, in most cases, to use our voice. When does Spring start? In 2025, the official first day of Spring is Monday, March 20, at 4:01 am central time. This date marks the "spring equinox" in the Northern Hemisphere and the beginning of fall in the Southern Hemisphere. It also marks the start of the new astrological calendar. This is a powerful time for new beginnings and fresh ideas to start flowing in. We typically associate Spring with flowers blooming and the earth becoming green again after a long, cold winter. It is a time of new beginnings and planting seeds for the year. The word equinox comes from the Latin words for "equal night"— aequus (equal) and nox (night). On the equinox, the length of day and night is nearly equal in all parts of the world. The equinox is equal - equal light and dark - or balance, and the universe allows us to define our personal definition of dark and light and what balance means to us. Solar and Lunar Eclipses in 2025 A Lunar Eclipse in Virgo on March 13- March 14 A Total Solar Eclipse in Aries on March 29 A Lunar Eclipse in Pisces on September 7 An Annular Solar Eclipse in Virgo on September 21 Eclipses are a way to experience accelerated change; however, at a deeper level, they are our biggest opportunities for self-actualization. Eclipses are known to be catalysts for spiritual transformation and evolution; eclipses bring both endings and beginnings that shape our perspectives. Therefore, the best medicine for Eclipse season is to embrace surrender and acceptance, as often, we find the wheel of fate and destiny turning on our behalf, which means we get to release control and let go of the pressure. Practicing self-care and rituals remains our go-to practice, but we must remember that eclipses are not meant to be harnessed for manifestation practices—they are more about honoring our process of profound transformation. Go with the flow. A lunar eclipse is an ending—clarity to something that has been in our field for a period of time. The full moon's illuminating energy pushes those things hidden to the surface. The moon can illuminate a new path or clarify our path. Solar eclipses emphasize beginnings. Changes could come gradually or suddenly. Changes can be planned or unexpected as this is a time for alignment and the Universe shifting where you need to be. This isn't always where you want to be, but it is a direction setting for alignment. It is important to remember at this time that you are not alone and that the Universe is supporting you. I am energy and everything is vibrating to me at the energy that I emit. So is vibrating to me, and what might be available to me when I am aware? Everything happens FOR me NOT to me. We’re reminded of the importance of the heart during various times of the year, spring romances, august-Leo passion, warm fires, and gatherings in the fall and winter. We are reminded of our hearts. We are pushed to open and acknowledge our hearts throughout the year. Our compass needs to change with the changes in our lives and environment. 2025 will be another packed year of challenges, changes, and opportunities. Hello, December – the big wind down, closure of the year. We are adjusting from the energy movement of Pluto, which is now firmly in Aquarius. Pluto is the planet of death and rebirth, massive and radical change. Pluto stays in Aquarius until 2043 – 20 years. Anything unstable is a target for this, plus anything we've been scrutinizing, putting under the microscope where we don't feel abundant, fluent, or significant use of our time and energy. Pluto now has left its 20 year placement of Capricorn and is now solidly located in Aquarius until March 8, 2043. It is a generational planet because it's influence can be felt over the span of 20 years and leave its imprint for generations. Pluto is about death, rebirth, destruction, and rebuilding. The Universe has been passing on messages about our expansion of our mental processing, our beliefs and the actions we take based on our beliefs. Our mental processing and energy field is changing. We’ve known for some time now that during sleep, the brain undergoes purge during which thoughts collected during that day are either converted into long-term memories or discarded. Sometimes we process or experience the release through dreams as if that were the brains time for analyzing the importance of that event, or experience. It makes sense that this brain cleanse would occur at night when the brain is idle. We only use about 5-7 percent of our brains processing capacity, but somehow in our human design we’ve been constructed to be efficient in what we keep or don’t keep. Why am I here? What am I supposed to be doing, learning, experiencing? What is my purpose, my mission, and what am I supposed to be learning What contracts or agreements am I working on? What do I believe in? Those are all questions I hear weekly. None are wrong – all are right – They show you are curious, inquisitive, and desiring to know, learn, or advance. You are not just floating from one day to another – though some may believe that's all you do. This energetic time is pushing our buttons to allow the true self to emerge, but we have layers of expectations that are drowning our souls. What do I want to 'be' when I grow up? It is not what I want to do, but what I want to BE, my identity. This program we create of what we do is who we are. Like a badge of honor or a designation, we are nothing without that badge. The universe questions us on what we believe and if we believe in ourselves. What do you believe in at this time of energy shifts and creation? What messages are you sending out to others and the universe? What is your mental energy field, and might your mental compass change? Have you ever sat down and written out what you believe? I welcome you to listen to some of these beliefs and see if any or all resonate with you. Create your list of what you believe. What you believe today is usually not what you thought 5 or 10 years ago. We are shifting, and therefore, our beliefs also need to shift. Are you aware of your awareness? Can you be comfortable with silence? I've noticed a shift in our small talk here—we spend more time discussing weather and surface things. Jobs, careers, the past, events of the past… we fill… I wonder if some of this shift is a factor in our emergence from the pandemic. Many have been deep into personal healing during that time and after. We are exploring the depths of childhood, relationships, and careers. Did we experience a different level of comfort in being quiet? Or did it develop a deeper level of needing sound in some? In healing past life, childhood wounds, or imprints, was there something about being in a space of quiet? Do you need sound to feel secure or need silence to feel secure? You might find yourself getting impatient when talking about 'filler' conversations and someone who is seeking more robust interactions that fill us and not just the space between us. The internalization process brings awareness of our humanness, yet we are not ready or perhaps meant to talk about it. Most people I interact with desire the depths of conversation and the curiosity as to why or what is causing certain occurrences in our lives or the globe. Questions like - Are we more sensitive to energy? Are we more aware? Have our senses evolved so that our sight, smell, touch, taste, and hearing are more refined? What exactly has changed within us? What is evolution, and what is it evolving? What good does a higher frequency have for us? Maybe all this 'stuff' has always been, but we are more aware or curious about them…. Maybe in silence, we hear more? Those are some pondering questions. Our compasses have and will continue to change – and they need recalibration. Anything that measures something else at times needs recalibration - so do humans. The energy around us is shifting dramatically as the days continue to grow short and change continues to keep us on our toes, as it picks up speed to a month that is filled with themes of healing, spiritual communication, and enlightenment and a change to reset, tune into your higher self, and settle some karmic scores. October is generally known as the ninth month in numerology. However, October's collective numerology for 2024 is "nine," representing compassion, spiritual growth, and universal love. Nine is also associated with creativity, higher consciousness and divine will, generosity, emotion, insight, awareness, completion, and the end of the cycle, yet the beginning of the next. We enter into October with a new eclipse season, with the Solar eclipse in Libra, a significant event that will inform and prepare you for the month ahead. The month ahead delivers breakthroughs and divine metamorphosis, with opportunities to continue shedding layers of unnecessary baggage and manifestation and increasing awareness of cooperation, fairness, justice, and equality themes. The ability to record, stream, or watch something and pause it to come back later has become routine. I love this. I can pause most anything these days and relax, knowing I can return to it when the timing is better. I might be irritated if I’m tied to something I’m not able to pause or even fast-forward when I like. Our energy fields have or are adapting to shifts in energy where we jump to many things all day long, with few or no pauses. Social media is an excellent example of our expectations of short video clips, short stories, and even short recipes. Of course, it includes pause, skip, or swipe to the next. I ponder where else that has begun to seep into our lives. Pausing people, decisions, or actions. Where we might wait for the perfect moment, I ponder if we get distracted with promises of the future of what it should be rather than what it is. This pauses me to ponder. Where might I be pausing, where do I need to push forward, and where might I be pushing forward when I need to pause? There’s a reason we’re constantly being told to be present and breathe. Doing so can get us out of our heads, ground us in reality, and help us to embrace whatever moment we’re in. That moment might be hitting the pause button when the universe doesn’t want us to, or missing where the universe is encouraging us to pause. You are probably REALLY familiar with the words and concepts of grounding, slowing down, and being present, but are you successful in putting something into practice that supports this? We could all benefit from learning a few go-to grounding exercises and doing them regularly. The power of pausing and staying in the present is real. Regular full moons are opportunities to become aware and illuminated, then release whatever is no longer serving you. It's a part of the natural cycle, a reassurance that the universe is always in motion. New moons are for seeding those new things you've made room for. You must be ready to release the old and welcome the new. If you've not sufficiently released and removed old to make room for new, or you are not prepared for something new – perhaps still holding on to fear, remorse, or hope of the past – it's a reminder of a new or different path ahead. Eclipses are like full or new moon on steroids. Things that are meant to leave will leave. New seeds will be planted, and you will begin to see messages and affirmations of renewed alignment. In 2024, there will be two lunar eclipses. In March, we experienced the lunar eclipse in Libra, and in September, we'll experience the lunar eclipse in Pisces. How might we use contrast to get the maximum impact on our lives? That maximum impact is for movement in our lives and our soul evolution because our soul evolution is all about our response to events. We know life is full of events. We're here in the human form to experience events. The soul journey is to experience the human experience and to evolve. We evolve through experiencing contrast. Contrast is comparing two things to show their differences. The difference in luminance or color makes an object visible against a background of different luminance or color. Frequency operates in a similar manner. When one frequency is aligned with another, it has a contrasting or normalizing effect on the other frequency. Since everything is in a state of vibration and nothing remains static, everything influences everything else. Everything is in a perpetual state of vibration, and through contrast, we can either normalize or deviate from a frequency. A shift is inevitable, but is the normalization aligned, or is it distorted? When we normalize to a vibration that may not be pristine, the frequency becomes distorted. The world is urging us to become aware and shift our energy, especially as the Masculine and Feminine energies, crucial for the future, have become distorted.
