Laurie has always had a passion for people, corporate and team structure and the difference in leadership and communication styles. She'd watch what motivated individuals and teams, and what sucked the wind out of their sails. Maybe she had a small advantage as she could literally see the energy being deflated during certain situations. We’ve probably all had good and not so good leaders. Leading is hard, but so is being with someone that maybe doesn’t know how to lead. Why is Laurie talking about leaders and leading as a topic for Message of the Universe? The role of leader is changing. What we look for and what motivates and influence us has changed and will continue to change. Where we are all in different stages of our life that impact what we look for, what we expect, and we need to remember to create pathways for future generations. You are a leader if you are a parent. You are a leader if you are around people. At some point in your life, you will be called to lead. You can influence by how you are, and that is a vibration we all need to understand and prepare to help change.
