In 2023, the official first day of spring is Monday, March 20. This date marks the “spring equinox” in the Northern Hemisphere. On the equinox, the length of day and night is nearly equal in all parts of the world. The Spring equinox doesn't always fall on March 20 in 2024 it happens to fall on March 10. This year, 2023, the March equinox happens on March 20, at 4:24 P.M. CDT. Happy Spring!

So each year we find ourselves on two separate calendars, the Gregorian calendar that goes from January 1st to December 31st of each year and the Astrological calendar that starts on the first day of Aries season and the Spring Equinox until the final day of Pisces season. We also celebrate a new moon on March 21 that adds more energy into the field of March. It's RESET time, and Laurie covers what this can mean for each sign.
