We are perpetually changing, and the lessons and learnings that come with change can be intense. We have access to tools that can help us during these times of transformation, but we often need to remember to access them. Some may have become outdated and require an upgrade. What are those tools, and why are they important? In this podcast, Laurie talks about samples of these tools, how we can gain new tools, and who are some helpers you might call upon to help.
During challenges, you are most likely to learn either how to access the tools or learn something new because you have to. But we don't have to feel so challenged if we create the space and time to access what the universe provides and ask for help when we need new tools or are processing a repeat change cycle.
