Birthdays and a Time to Reflect

March is my Birthday month - I am an Aries, and that provides drive and so many other attributes to me, but it is not what defines me. I also know that the placement of moon and my rising sign and all the other placements of the planets impact me. I know the era and placement in my family help create the experiences to shape me. These things I know - but I also know I came with a plan, and the universe interacts with me for this experience.

When I was born many years ago, I had a plan, purpose, destiny, but I had no idea what an adventure of challenge life would bring. I had no idea the wonderful people I would cross paths with and those that would provide those valuable learning opportunities.

I had no idea this love and support that would surround me on my journey. I had no idea how I’d travel, see, learn and then again sometimes I’d just want to be home by the fire, curled with a book and a fur baby. I had no idea the Universe would both challenge and gift me with experiences that would fill my life with immeasurable richness and the push to be seen, heard and continue to learn. I had no idea. Each day when I rise, I acknowledge how very blessed I am - birthdays and birthday months are times for us to reflect where we've been, where we are, and where we might have yet to go. They can be a time of shift, change, speeding up or slowing down as we shape how we live.
