This episode is all about self-care, and not only the obvious forms of self-care like skincare, following a healthy nutritious diet or working out regularly. Of course, taking care of your body, eating healthy, moving and meditating are huge ingredients of self-care, but there is a much more profound sense of self-care that includes things like integrity, choosing yourself, protecting your mental health, respecting your own boundaries and honoring your Highest Self.
