On today's episode, I take you through a 25-minute guided meditation to release anxiety or tension, find inner peace and foster self-love and gratitude for our bodies. It includes breathwork and visualization. First, we will release the heavy sensations of anxiety, worry or tension that you might be carrying inside through the breath. Then, we'll start going in, into our mind, our soul, which really is the Universe itself, and we will follow a staircase made of white light that will take us directly to a place called PEACE, that can be found within you. Lastly, we will look at our bodies, and appreciate all the small miracles they perform each day to keep us alive: our lungs, our hearts, our brains. Our vessel never stops working for us, even when we're asleep, so that we can enjoy a beautiful human experience. We will love our body however it is right now.
