Relationships of any kind can be hard, especially if you have subconscious fears and limiting beliefs stemming from past experiences (with parents, family members, or romantic relationships). Fear of abandonment is a very common fear that holds us back. On today's episode, I get a little bit more personal: I'm letting you in on what I like to call my "self-therapy sessions", where I remind myself of much-needed wisdom I've been lucky enough to learn throughout my self-improvement journey, and that I can sometimes forget. I tell you about my own fear of abandonment, its source, and discuss three different strategies to deal with uncertainty. Uncertainty is the only certainty in life, so we'd better learn to face it with as much peace of mind and inner calm as we can, right? It can be hard, but I've got you, and as you'll discover, you've got yourself.
