We feel called to guide, help, coach, speak, to play a role in life that requires us to step up and to step into spaces where we are exposed to judgment, where we are very aware of how we're seen by other people, which can cause resistance, procrastination, and fear. So, how do we get past that?

Do we pretend it's not there? Do we think happy thoughts and try to push through it?
