Join me in this episode as I discuss the balance of taking 100% responsibility for our life so that we are empowered and can make changes while also not taking responsibility for everyone else.
For many of us, our work lies in that we take too much responsibility for everyone else. Often this comes from our upbringing as many of us were the "parents" in our family. I discuss how this kept us safe and protected us when we were younger, and it might not serve us now. It's time to honor, re-evaluate, and release these old layers while forming new beliefs that resonate with who we are today.
