In an effort to be the best at what we do, we end up exhausted, demotivated, and burned out.
Madi is a stress ownership coach and is wildly passionate about helping you understand the physiology of your stress and how your mindset can help you feel less of it.
Rather than managing our stress, can we own it? Can we understand it as part of us, as a way our bodies have evolved to protect us?
How can we find moments in our everyday to be still, to be in nature, to find ease, peace and not spend our lives living for the weekend or our next trip away.
I worked with Madi myself for 8 weeks and this episode served as the perfect refresher!
If you struggle with the juggle and often reach a point of overwhelm with everything that you HAVE to do, this episode is an absolute must!
