About the Guest:

Joe & Mell have been married for 16 years and are raising three boys, ages 5, 11, and 13. Joe was a teacher turned entrepreneur in the fitness industry who realized he was spending more time on his work than his family life. Mell was a social worker turned stay-at-home mom. In 2020, they moved 2,000 miles from home to a place better aligned with their family values to refocus on the most important organization in their lives: family!

They are passionate about cultivating a strong family environment by parenting very intentionally. They have formulated the “Strong Family Path,” a clear strategy that helps parents gain confidence, create a strong family bond, and helps them raise confident, independent, and resilient children.
