We are full on eclipse energy and if you are aware of what is happening in the world let’s use this to recreate, realign and really deepen our mission with a fresh lense of urgency.

I want you to achieve your wildest dreams. I want you to experience JOY and excitement each day.
I want you to feel your very best. I want you to love taking on a new day, new week and new month.

So in today’s episode let’s do a self check-in and what a beautiful way to begin the week and dive into some of these ideas ….

  • The power of mindset
  • How big are you really dreaming?
  • What old beliefs and patterns are holding you stuck?
  • What are you consuming. In-person + online. Do you need to consider a fast?
  • A simple routine each day to build into a morning habit stack that will keep you aligned

If I get really honest with myself, when I’m feeling stuck or a little lack luster it really comes down to me getting in the way of me.
And it’s okay! There are days, there are seasons. But your ability to MOVE on your dreams and to take action is your ability to get out of your own way and course correct with ease.

I’m here cheering for you sister. Let’s get this week started in the best way possible!
