Well HAPPY THANKSGIVING to my Canadian sisters. I am sitting over here today feeling super grateful, thankful and blessed. I am SO grateful for you and our growing community. Getting to show up each day in my work is FUN. It is an accumulation over a 13 year journey as a mama and entrepreneur knowing my passion is to support inspired women as they show up bright and create an impact in their home, their community and beyond.
It felt right to revisit the conversation of building out a POWERFUL and MEANINGFUL Morning Routine.
There are so many angles to this conversation. And depending on your season of life it will look different – so I want you to honour that.
But since our last AM ROUTINE Podcast, I have felt some shifts and refinements in how I am setting my day up for success and I want YOU to have a morning routine that grounds you, builds your capacity for your full days, integrates well-being and gets your mind on straight.
