Creating models and frameworks makes it easier to be consistent with the teaching and training you deliver regardless of whether that's online, offline, in print or on video because you break everything into parts and go from one part to the next.

I give some examples of the models and frameworks I've created for my books, courses and coaching and a new 4-part teaching/training method I'm introducing for any live events I do.
