Griselda Beck is an executive with 15+ years of corporate experience and the owner and lead strategist of the Beck Consulting Group, including its division, Latina Boss Coach.
Her passion projects include teaching a monthly self-esteem and career development course at women’s shelters with an emphasis on establishing boundaries, healthy relationships, and consistent self-care.
She is also highly invested in the education and empowerment of young girls. Her goal is to help them grow into confident and successful women, who are compassionate towards the human condition and believe in paying it forward.
