This week I am delighted for you to meet my new friend, Kat Romett.
Kat Romett is a Licensed Reflexology Practitioner, musician, & mother of 2 boys. She and her family currently reside in Montgomery County, PA. Through her journey with parenting a child with special needs, Kat has learned the importance of self care & holistic health. She sees the benefits reflexology has in creating peace in the body, which in turn creates peace in stress-filled environments. Kat has a special interest in caring for caregivers in various fields, as well women who handle stress on a daily basis.
Understanding that caring for the feet, cares for the whole body, Kat started with RECOVERY THROUGH THE FEET in her reflexology work, then grew her barefoot health experience into understanding the benefits of freeing the feet from conventional footware.
She has teamed up with her other company, Peace Roots Apothecary, in formulating a Barefoot Recovery Foot Care Line, helping those transitioning into minimal footwear, as well as for those in various streams of the barefoot community.
Her products support athletes, avid barefooters, dancers, those recovering from injuries, holistic health professionals, chiropractors, podiatrists, personal trainers, anyone feeling sore feet, those feeling the effects of stress and more.
