She’s the founder of Re:Set, an online resource for tools and stories around education, parenting, mental health, gender and inclusivity.
Its a wonderful platform that aims to dispel misconceptions and stigma and provide a safe, inclusive space that encourages dialogue. It’s full of incredible stories and resources and I really recommend that you take a look at it.
She’s also a journalist who worked for CBC news in Canada, CNN and Vice news - such an interesting background and foundation for her work at Re:Set.
We talked about her love of news, shining a light on shame and being a Dubai baby who has returned to the UAE. It was such a great conversation - I hope you enjoy it.
