Confidence can be convenient in sneaky everyday ways. When you think about your ability to handle daily life, do you think about your confidence?

Do you recognize the connection between how confident you are and how you show up in the world?

Things like relationships, taking risks, recovering from mistakes, or how you deal with failure. They all get influenced by how confident you are.

Building your confidence can be extremely important. Today we will talk about how it impacts your ability to do everyday things you may not have considered.

2. Recover from mistakes and failure

3. Communicate clearly and directly

4. Live life with more curiosity

5. Move past fear and anxiety
