This 75 Challenge was a suggestion from my clients. They saw how much fun I was having with my 30 days walking challenge and they wanted a challenge for themselves. Granted I know everyone has their own abilities (either physical or mental) so I was very mindful when creating this challenge. That's why there is flexibility and fun built in!
This challenge is not meant to be intimidating like the 75 Hard. This challenge has been created to encourage you to creating healthy habits all while having fun!

  • Are you going to miss a day - YES
  • Are you going to eat ice cream & cake - YES
  • Are you going to forget to drink all your water - YES
  • Are you doing to run out of time - YES
  • Does this mean you have to start over - HELLS NO

All these minor setbacks are simply part of "life," and what we must do is adapt and be flexible to everyday situations. Embracing life's unpredictability and adjusting our mindset and actions can ultimately result in greater resilience and long-term success

I'm looking forward to seeing you (and bring your friends) in this 75 challenge. It's going to be fun to see how much we change over the next 10 weeks.
