Rachel is a board certified and licensed naturopathic doctor and birth doula. She graduated from The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, 4 year medical program in 2005 and has maintained a general family practice since then. She has a special interest in; women's health, hormonal imbalances, fertility, pregnancy, children's health, digestive issues, and mood disorders. Rachel has attended over 300 births in both home and hospital settings, and is one of the most experienced naturopathic birth doulas in Canada. She believes in the body's ability to heal, and is committed to providing the highest quality personalized health care program and guidance for long term wellness.
