Fitness is great, we need it, but yoga is so much more than Fitness. Yoga is about health and balance for mind and body; it is not concerned about looking good. Unfortunately, the more prolific yoga gets in mainstream culture with social media and large corporations, the more it loses its content as a wisdom tradition. Ayurveda is about bringing balance to self and the universe. In this episode, we will explain the basic concept of Ayurveda and discuss how these ideas could bring our current culture into greater health in both mind and body.
