We all want our work to reflect our passions. We all want to be paid money for doing and creating things that we feel passionate about. When we engage in work related to our soul mission, it helps to raise our energetic vibrations…. but only to a point.
No matter how much you love what you do, if you spend too much time focusing on work and not enough time tending to your non-business-related passion projects, it WILL lower your energetic frequency. In the absence of a passion project, we often default to binging Netflix or scrolling on our phones once our workday is done, lowering our vibrations even more!

A passion project that truly inspires creativity, invites you into flow, challenges your intellect, or sparks joy will help you to tap into higher vibrational emotions.

A passion project can be anything — there are no limits here! One of my greatest passions is foreign language learning. Your passion project may be related to the arts, or to sports, or to inventing the world’s best self-feeding dog bowl. Whether your passions lie in the kitchen or the classroom, creating time and space for them will enhance your wellbeing.
