As 2022 wraps...it's time to look back at it! We get personal with the lessons we've learned these past 12 months and open up about what we hope for in the coming 12. Some of life's most important lessons are the hardest to learn...and sometimes you need to be hit across the head with them more than once before you finally absorb them. This episode hopefully serves as an uplifting reminder to be patient with yourself and take pride in your evolution. We're not here to bombard you with New Year's resolutions or the myth of productivity...just to reflect and appreciate the journey.
